Heat-dry waste gas is dischrged through 20m-height chimney after combustion and purification by combustion- deodorization device; both discharge concentration and predicted maximum ambient concentration reach the standards. |

| Production waste water is drained into TEDA waste water pipe net after reaching China National Grade Three Discharge Standards after treatment in in-plant wastewater treatment station and then drained in Bohai Sea after further treatment in TEDA sewage disposal plant to ensure reaching China National Grade Two Discharge Standards. |

Punching machines adopt single bases to reduce resonance between stamping equipments and plant buildings.
Stamping equipments are covered by one layer of acoustic enclosure to reduce noise level in workshop.
After adopting resonance-reducing and acoustic measures, the predicted value of noise at the plant boundary is 51.0-51.8dB(A), meeting the requirement of 55dB (A) at night. |
