| The gross floors area of this shop is 2.04×104 m2, there are two production lines, namely AO and CO, a set of press machine with 2400t for test, a set of oil press for seat grinding, a set of cleaning machine out of the line, four waste conveyer belts. AO line is mainly used to process large scale stampings (entire side wall, engine hoods, car doors and so on), Transferring workpieces between procedures adopts automation procedure by mechanical hands, AO line is the fastest production line for car covered part in domestic, its speed is 1.5 times of such production line in the first plant. CO line adopts full automatic production from input of plates to output of products and boxing, its processing rate is up to 25 times one minute. |
