 The building area of this shop is 6.3527×104 m2, it consists of fore assembly line 1 and line 2, chassis assembly line, final assembly line and entire car detection line. Main lines of this shop shows “T” arrangement under top view, there are 118 assembly spaces, have the annual designed capacity to build 1 million saloon cars, can achieve mixed-line production for a great variety of model of car with same platform. Entire car test fulfils the test of four-wheel locating with 100%, speed, braking, waste gas analysis, lamplight, and rain and so on. The main large assemblies of instrument panels, engines, gear-boxes, front and rear suspensions, car doors and so on assemble by subsidiary line, coating station of front and rear windshield glass uses automatic glue spreader, key stations use fixed value torque wrench to assemble and test. |
