A few days ago, the staff football league of our company came to a successful conclusion. This football league started from October 31st played matches each week and lasted for about one month in all. There were 12 teams joined the matches in the whole company contained with two factories. These 12 teams were divided into 4 groups by sortition to carry on round robin. The champion of each group obtained the qualification of joining the semifinal. The two teams which won in the semifinal could join the final match to compete for the champion and the other two teams matched against each other for the bronze medalist.

By 12 group matches, the assembly department team, the quality management department team, the punching department team and the Coating Department team separately won the first place of the 4 groups and entered into the semifinal. In the semifinal, the punching department team lost the assembly department team 0 to 1 and lost the qualification of entering into the final match; the score of the match between the quality management department team and the Coating Department team was 1 to 1 during the 60 minutes and they had to determine the victory in the form of penalty kick. In the hard competition of penalty kick, the quality management department team got 4 goals of 5 and the Coating Department team got 2 goals of 4, therefore, the quality management department team won the Coating Department team 5 to 3 and fought for the champion against the assembly department team.

The final match was held in the forenoon on November 28th when the weather was fine, and the main leaders of the company came to the 43rd Middle School to watch the match. In the first match held for deciding the bronze medalist, the punching department team won the Coating Department team 6 to 2, so they bear away the bronze medalist and the Coating Department team obtained the 3rd runner-up. Next was the final match for the champion. The strength and the advantage of situation of both sides matched each other, so the match was awfully tough and the score 0 to 0 was broke till the second half of the match. The assembly department team led the quality management department team 1 to 0 by a nice free kick and kept the score to the end and finally won the champion. The quality management department team won the silver medalist. Thereafter the General Manager Zhuben, the executive deputy general manager Wang Gang and the deputy general manager Han Xinliang as well as the secretary Li Wei separately gave away the medals and the certificates of merit to the assembly department team, the quality management department team and the punching department team as well as the Coating Department team, which obtained the cultural and ideological award.

| The Fascinating Moments |
The aim of this football league matches is to improve the part spiritual livings of the staffs and strength the team consciousness of the staffs. Both all the teams and the departments to which the teams belonged gave considerable supports and cooperated actively. The numerous contestants on site all could play the game with the spirits of playing united and friendly and actively; the cheering squads all departments organized as well showed the strong team spirits, which created a good atmosphere for the matched. Occasionally some little conflicts happened on the ground and off the ground, but everybody could attach most importance to the united matches and resumed matches in time, which made these matches go on wheels. The labor units express appreciation here. Thereafter, the labor units will organize some similar activities and wish our team members can play the game more unitedly and friendly, as well as our spectators can watch the game with more passions and civilizations to reflect the good images and spirits of the TFTM staffs.
Besides, we gave our heartfelt thanks to the health guarantee service provided by Dr. Liang Ming of the infirmary, the backup cars service provided by Master Zhang Decai of the convey department and the sound equipments supports provided by the assembly department and the punching department, as well as other people provided helps to these activities.
