The TFTM staff basketball competitions lasted for 2 months was ended successfully. The 14 basketball teams joined match are from the bellowing departments of the first plant: the punching department, the moulding department, the assemble-weld department, the coating department, the assembly department, the product management department, the team of the general affairs office and the production control department, and the bellowing departments of the second plant: the punching department, the forming department, the assembling-welding department, the coating department, the assembly department and the product management department. The four best teams were confirmed through 22 rounds matches and they wear the assembling-welding department team of the first plant, the assembly department team of the first plant, the forming department team of the second plant and the assembly department team of the second plant. The semifinal was held on March 13th and the assembling-welding department team of the first plant and the assembly department team of the first plant won finally.
The final match held on March 27th was much more of heartquake. The match was likely to be culminated at the beginning. The assembling-welding department team of the first plant, which kept steady and harmonious constantly, was a little impatient at this point and missed several scoring opportunities, while the assembly department team of the first plant played the game unimaginably after they had experienced several matches and finished the first half with 6 points more than the assembling-welding department team; in the second half the players of the assembling-welding department team entered into their normal state and not only caught up with the adversary but also got ahead of the assembly department team…… The match became severe again! The cheer of the on-site cheering squads became higher and higher and the players in the game played more and more excellently. However, the assembling-welding department team of the first plant, which was lack of luck, lost to the assembly department team of the first plant with 20 to 22. The two teams were well-matched and the exciting game was indeed worth profoundly thinking!

In the awarding ceremony, the General Manager Zhuben and the Executive Deputy General Manager Wang Gang, Deputy General Manager De Tian, Secretary Li Wei separately awarded the cups and medals to the assembly department team and the assembling-welding department team of the first plant and the forming department team and the assembly department team of the second plant and took group photos with the team members graciously.
In the process of the whole league matches contained 25-round matches, we saw the strong and vigorous postures and the doubly tacit coordination. This activity strengthened the collective sense of honor and the cohesiveness of the staff, improved their physical qualities and made their bodies and minds joyful, as well as aroused staff enthusiasms in body building again! Meanwhile, there was a group of basketball players of high quality came forth during this staff basketball league match, which provided sufficient reserve forces for us to organize the basketball team of company level!
