¡¡¡¡At p.m. Aug. 17th 2009, TFTM held 2009 Annual Second Whole-company Creative Art and Skill & QC Committee, all above-undersecretary-level officers, different representatives of personnel who won prize and praise in the first half year of 2009, personnel from TFTM Affairs Bureau and Affairs Bureaus of different branch committees attended this meeting.
¡¡¡¡Lou Chongfu, deputy department director of personnel section under General Affairs Personnel Department presided over the meeting.
¡¡¡¡Firstly, Lou Chongfu, deputy department director, summarized TFTM QC team activities in the first half year of 2009 and explained the plan in the next half year of 2009. Ito, deputy department director of General Affairs Personnel Department explained the summary of TFTM Creative Art and Skill activity in the first half year of 2009 and plan in the lat half year of 2009.
¡¡¡¡Excellent departments in the Creative Art and Skill proposal activity in the first half year of 2009 were praised and awarded prizes in the meeting: The general assembly department, equipment department and assembly and welding department of No.1 manufacturing department in Xiqing Plant won prizes.
¡¡¡¡At the end of awarding ceremony, Han Xinliang, executive deputy general manager of TFTM and Chaichuan zaoren , general manager of TFTM put forward instruction opinions about all-company Creative Art and Skill activity and QC team activity successively: Overall complete status of Creative Art and Skill proposal activity and QC team activity in the first half year of 2009 is good, while great difference still exists between different plants and departments, hope leaders of different departments and plants to attach importance to promote these two work and conduct instruction to staff. Chen Dapeng, deputy general manager of TFTM and²ñ´¨, general manager summarized these two work integrally: Request the company and different affairs bureaus of each branch committee to organize necessary basic universal education and establish some important key subjects according to actual situation of different department and plants to enable all staff to build up consciousness of finding problems and solving problems in work.
¡¡¡¡Finally, assessment members of all-company creative art and skill committee examined and commented on collected three proposals of special grade prize: In the meeting, ¡°About Improvement of interbedding glue automation¡± of No.1 Painting Department of Xiqing Plant, ¡°About Improvement of non-overall efficiency compressed air supply stop on day off in Xiqing Plant¡± of No. 1 equipment department of Xiqing Plant were examined and commented in the form of PPT materials representation, assessment members moved to the site of general assembly department of the 3rd manufacturing department subsequently and conduct on-site examination and comment on the ¡°About improvement of door wiring SPS wire¡± of the 3rd general assembly department of TEDA Plant.
