Third Production line of TEDA Plant launched ¡°Creating ¡®Zero¡¯ Defect car Activity¡±
To reach the target of improving production and ensuring quality, the 3rd production line of TEDA Plant convened each related departments to start ¡°Activity of Creating ¡®Zero¡¯ Defect Cars¡± from August.
At the initial stage of the activity, each department arouse all staff to search any quality defect in production process carefully and make function of quality departments perfect. On the principle of I manufactured qualified products, I report my own problems, pro-engineering problems and feedback timely, make efforts to advance for the target of ¡°Zero¡± defect. The achieving rate of ¡°Zero¡± defect cars is increasing continuously with the joint efforts of everybody, meanwhile, the overall quality situation is also driven to obviously quantized raise.
To consolidate achievements, extract experience, examine and amend activity plan and strive for acquiring better results and achievement at the late stage of the activity, at p.m. Sept. 4th 2009, the 3rd production line held mid-stage appraisal seminar for ¡°Activity of Creating ¡®Zero¡¯ Defect Cars¡±. Wang Guoqiang, deputy plant director, leaders of different departments and quality mangers of TEDA Plant attended and addressed on the meeting. In this meeting, the 2nd inspection section of quality department made overall report on current-stage target achievement and improvement enforcement results of each department and section. Later, leaders of each department made report on activity promotion of his/her own department and summarized found experience and lesson. Finally, all personnel presented in meeting confirmed the real ¡®Zero¡¯ defect cars.
In the ¡°Activity of Creating ¡®Zero¡¯ Defect Cars¡±, all different departments and sections under the 3rd production line of TETF Plant are searching for any problems existing in the current engineering to make the function of quality departments continuously, in this way, the engineering completion level is raised to a great extent and the reject ratio is reduced continuously, achieving rate of ¡®Zero¡¯ defect cars is increasing constantly. On Sept. 11th, the assembly and welding section of the 2nd production line of car body department make on-site representation for their improvement results. Quality team of the 2nd assembly and welding department conducted centralized settlement work for presently different chronic and bad frequently-occurring problems. Starting from parts precision, fixtures precision and operating state, etc, technicians from the assembly and welding department advance despite difficulties, increase analysis force and find root causes finally, then take countermeasures timely to reduce reject ratio rapidly.
