In the fierce environment of vehicle Sales, Corolla and RAV4 models from TFTM are much popular. The daily production capacity of Teda factory the 3rd plant accounts for 60% of the original productivity. In this case, the 2nd welding section had made great efforts from leadership to employees.
The 3rd plant established middle shift preservation group after the RAV4-testing process. They learn the scientific concept of development, and focus on the personnel training¡¢practice and exploration activities. The equipment utilization rate has been closed to 100% already after a great effort. It is improving step by step.
Together with everybody¡¯s effort, there have been enormous increases in productivity. In the welding workshop, although the labor intensity at ¡°under-body spot¡± station is great, based on ¡°no non-conformity car¡± principle, workers there still work hard with no complaint. ¡°Share body¡± group of the 2nd welding section won the ¡°Tianjin May 1st Labor Day Medal¡± because of their outstanding work performance. Work content of this group is to connect the body cover¡¢to check and adjust. Under the leadership of team chief, the quality is improved. 60% workers of this group have mastered 50% skills of all the work sequence.
