uly 16th,the fifth TFTM QC Circle Competition is held in the training centre. Groups from manufacture plant and production control division took part in the competition with great enthusiasm in order to show their KAIZEN result in this stage.
President Shibagawa，Executive vice president Han Xinliang, Vice president Tokuda as well as leaders and observing staffs from plants and general affairs & human resources division、 production control division attend the convention.
Han EVP made an important talk in the beginning of convention. He says that there exists achievement as well as problem after the fast development these several years and this year our corporate is facing a big challenge. In the pressing situation inside and outside, the corporate should put “Cut down cost，improve quality, ensure safety” as the most significant. It also should use QC method to find problem、solve problem and improve individual skills and management level. HanXinliang is sure that corporate could realize the directorate goal with the efforts and participation of employees.
Later, manager Lou of HR department gave a summary of QC in the first half of the year and the future plan.
At 9 o‘clock, group presentation began formally.

Group from TEDA Plant 3rd Painting Shop with the topic of “decrease in consumption of oily paint”
Group from Teda Plant 2nd Assembly Shop with the topic of “elimination of knock accident of fender in the front right”
Group from Xiqing Plant Welding Shop with the topic of “elimination of vehicle security threat”
Group from Xiqing Plant Welding Shop with the topic of “decrease of M/B abnormal throw”
Group from Production Control Division with the topic of “decrease of scratch on front windshield”
All the groups shared their observations after presentation, they said they achieve the goal to solve the same problem by the united members during this QC C. Group members participate actively and learn a lot of skills，also strengthen ability. In the future, they will continue to set foot on the spot, to search the question and apply with QC method, in order to make further contribution to the development of corporation.
After the competition, President Shibagawa，Executive vice president Han Xinliang, Vice president Tokuda awarded the winner group respectively and shook hands with them aw well as took memorial photos. In the last, I President Shibagawa gave a brilliant summary of this convention
