MAY 15th , the final report about TPS improvement is hold in assembly shop of Xiqing plant, to conclude on the improvement activity which has passed off successfully.
Plant managers, division mangers as well as department leader and representatives from production line attended the meeting. Firstly, assembly shop leader gave a brief introduction of the content and procedure and later staff made a detailed explanation about 11-month-long TPS improvement graphically and summarized the effects and compared with original standardize work. After listening, all people made on-the-spot investigation. At the end, plant managers remarked and pointed out problems as well as placed great hopes on all TPS groups. It is hoped that problems could be solved soon and keep the system unchanged, put achievements to further improvement, set an example for the whole plant.
