The Forklift Competition Observes and Emulates the Meeting
On July 11th, the TEDA factory related leadership and logistics distribution project group leader enter to Logistics Dept.#2 on forklift to observe and emulate. At meeting, they firstly introduced Logistics Dept.#2 in aspect and so on forklift management, personnel education improvements and the management. Specially from aspects and so on personnel, vehicles, environment carries on the improvement, like the logistics region main person good channel's establishment, GL/TL inspects strengthen, the personnel to inspect the implementation, the industry vehicle management system, the work place illumination facility supplement and so on. Afterward, the attending personnel carried on the scene to two physical distribution's task areas to observe and emulate, has carried on the demonstration by two physical distribution personnel to the forklift and the field operation and task area's improvement. And they shared the scene management experience and the method with third manufacture department scene physical distribution project group leader.
At last, Qianjian Minister and Li Ang Vice-Minister make the summary, they hoped all people who participated in the study meeting, can consider this teams and groups positively the related countermeasure and the improvement. Although the third production line present production is quite busy, but more is more must the safety-conscious at this time, the gain in yield not to be able take to sacrifice the security absolutely as the price.
